Dyan Lambert

Dyan Lambert’s role as Commercial Account Manager is based in the northern region of the Institute. Dyan has an extensive background in both educational and business activities. She has owned and managed a number of very successful business enterprises around the region and, prior to taking up this position, has worked in senior business development roles for both North Coast and New England Institutes as well as with a regional New Apprenticeship Centre.

This background has helped Dyan to develop an excellent understanding of the needs of business operators and managers at national, regional and local levels, and she is able to relate those needs to a wide range of VET training solutions. She has an extensive industry and client networking base and maintains strong liaisons with business advocacy and representation groups. 

This level of experience is enhanced by Dyan’s strong knowledge base. Her formal credentials include a Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Business, Diploma in Frontline Management, and a Bachelor degree in Commerce. She also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment
