Government Funded Training Programs
Government Funded Training Programs assist businesses and organisations to meet specific training needs. These funded programs provide training to meet new technologies and skills as well as meeting specific local skill-gaps. Training is offered in areas of literacy for workers, skills needed to enter a new career, skills needed to extend a career or for already qualified people such as tradespeople.
The Institute is very successful in bringing State and Commonwealth funding into our region to help meet training needs. This training is often provided at minimal cost to an individual or business. Training is often flexible and can involve training and assessment both in the workplace and at TAFE.
