Maclean
A major fishing village and the centre of the sugar-growing district, Maclean provides water sports, fishing, sailing and scenic walks to residents as well as being only a short drive from the coastal towns of Yamba and Iluka. Maclean Campus lies on the banks of the river beside Maclean High School - with whom it shares a joint library. The campus specialises in information technology, office administration and TAFE-school (TVET) courses as well as programs of study for the local Aboriginal community.
