This course is for people with some training in studio-based ceramics. It allows you to specialise in the surface treatment and design of ceramic work. You learn how to use ceramic materials, processes and equipment safely and to select and apply surface treatments to ceramic items. You also learn how to develop visual imagery suitable for two and three-dimensional application.
This course will offered as a TAFE PLUS Commercial course.

Articulation: This course articulates into Ceramics - General 90343NSW Certificate IV 7564.
Entry Requirements: 90346NSW Certificate III in Ceramics 7561 or equivalent and submission of a portfolio or examples of work.
