This course is for people who want to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities required for working and participating in interior decoration and related industries. The course gives you a solid grounding in the basics of design, colour use, colour application and theories, historical colour usage in renovations, and the skills and techniques applicable to renovating and remodelling interiors utilising colour selection of fixtures, furniture and finishes. This course also covers relevant industry OH&S requirements.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent, from another educational authority). International students must attain one of the following minimum standards of proficiency in English: International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 6, Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 550, Combined Universities Language Test (CULT) 60% or International Second Language Proficiency Rating (ISLPR) 3+, or equivalent.
