This course is for people required to provide training through instruction and demonstration, and contribute to assessment.
It is also for people who want to develop skills for their future development and who may wish to deliver for an RTO. It is preferable that you have access to on-the-job opportunities so you can practise what you learn.
This course is Stage 1 of the TAA40104 Certificate IV Training and Assessment
Career Opportunities: Training officer positions, trainers and assessors in an RTO.
Articulation: Completion of the core unit TAADEL301A from this qualification gives advanced standing in the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate or equivalent. Access to a workplace or simulated workplace activities is needed to do this course.
