This course is for people who are required by their workplace to design and develop training programs.

It is also for people who want to develop skills for their future development.

It is preferable that you have access to on-the-job opportunities so you can practise what you learn.

Career Opportunities: Training officer positions, trainers and assessors in an RTO.

Articulation: Completion of the core units of this qualification gives advanced standing in the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate or equivalent. Access to a workplace or simulated workplace activities is needed to do this course.
