This course satisfies the training requirements for a Real Estate Agent's licence in NSW. It is suggested that you check with the NSW Office of Fair Trading before starting this course to ascertain other requirements for gaining your Real Estate Licence in NSW.
This course is divided into 7 streams which make for ease of delivery and payments. It should be noted that the course has flexible entry points with the major pre-requisite being the three modules in the Property Practice (Real Estate) Course which make up Stream 1.
Articulation: As well as gaining the educational qualification for a real estate licence in NSW, this course provides many of the modules contained in the Certificate IV and Diploma of Property (Real Estate) courses and other property related courses.
Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate (or equivalent from another educational authority). It should be noted that the minimum age requirement for licensing purposes with the NSW Office of Fair Trading is 18 years of age.

Applying and Enrolling: This course is offered on a commercial fee-for-service basis through flexible delivery from Kingscliff Campus with workshops held at each location. Contact Kieran Smyth on 1300 666 182 for more information.
The course is completed by attending the various workshops and study at home. Intending students need to be enrolled with the Kingscliff Campus no less than two weeks prior to the first workshop. Enrolment is carried out by paying the relevant fee. Each Stream can be paid for separately as the course progresses. A 7% discount is given for full payment of the entire course. The method (via workshops and home study) and quality of this course has won wide praise from participants since its inception. the format means that the student does more work at home and less work in the classroom. The work at home is supported by a comprehensive manual and telephone contact with the facilitator.
