This course provides an introduction to the business world and will develop basic skills and knowledge to prepare you for work. You will learn about preparing for work and planning skills development, customer communication, using business equipment and developing keyboard skills as well as how to follow workplace safety procedures.
This course is suitable for you if you are beginning a career, participating in a VET in Schools Program, have achieved a Certificate I qualification in a Training Package other than Business Services, or seeking a career transition with vocational experience in industries or environments outside of Business Services.
