This course is intended for people who are seeking work, or who currently work in administrative and clerical positions in an office and who want to develop their efficiency and effectiveness in the use of commercial software packages in the office environment.
Career Opportunities: Clerical or administrative assistant in an office environment.
Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do BSB20107 Certificate II in Business, BSB30107 Certificate III in Business or BSB30407 Certificate III in Business Administration. You will need to meet the entry requirements for these courses.
