This course is intended for people who work in administrative and clerical positions in an office and who want to update their skills in the use of commercial software packages or re-skilling into a newer version of a software application, allowing a more efficient and effective execution of duties.
Career Opportunities: Clerical or administrative assistant in an office environment.
Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do BSB30107 Certificate III in Business or BSB30407 Certificate III in Business Administration. You will need to meet the entry requirements for these courses.
