This course is intended for people who work in administrative and clerical positions and have responsibility for designing and managing complex documents and files and managing the hardware and software capabilities of the business' computer system. The skills developed in this course will enable you to execute office tasks efficiently and effectively using advanced features of commercial software packages.

Career Opportunities: Clerical or administrative assistant in an office environment.

Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business or BSB40507 Certificate IV in Business Administration. You will need to meet the entry requirements for these courses.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.
