This course is for people who want to enter the workforce or to retrain in administration skills. The course is designed to provide students with a range of skills which will assist them to find work in the administration area. Modules offered may differ between campuses

Articulation: if you want to continue studying after you complete this course, you will have advanced standing in other administration courses such as BSB20101 Certificate II in Business, BSB30101 Certificate III in Business and BSB30201 Certificate III in Business Administration.
