This course provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a team leader or supervisor managing a workplace. It is for people who are aspiring to be team leaders in medium and large organisations across all industry sectors. It is also for practising team leaders seeking to formalise their skills.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent statement from another educational authority). Students who satisfy this entry requirement may be eligible to enter this course at any stage, if they can demonstrate relevant pre-existing skills.
