This course embeds BSB41101 Certificate IV in Business Management. This course provides skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a team leader or supervisor managing a workplace, and to manage strategic and operational areas of an organisation. It is for people who are aspiring to be managers in medium and large organisations across all industry sectors. It is also for practising managers who want to formalise their skills.

Articulation: When you finish this course you can apply to do the Advanced Diploma of Business (Management).
Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent statement from another educational authority). Students who satisfy this entry requirement may be eligible to enter this course at any stage, if they can demonstrate relevant pre-existing skills.
Early Exit Points: Depending on your choice of electives, you may be eligible to receive BSB41101 Certificate IV in Business Management (TAFE NSW course number 9762).
