This course is for people who want to work as computer operators or clerical/office assistants in an office, or for people who require upskilling and retraining in computer applications for a range of clerical occupations.

The course teaches you a range of tasks and routine procedures in office technology, including those involving e-commerce, e-banking and the main features of word processing, database and spreadsheet software used in business.

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate (or equivalent, from another educational authority).
