This course is for people who want to develop knowledge about the organisation of the human body, how structure and function relate to normal physiological variation, and selected aspects of pathophysiology. You will learn the language of anatomy and as well as how to apply anatomical knowledge in clinical, laboratory or other occupational roles.
Career Opportunities: Partial preparation for a variety of work roles in biomedical laboratory technology and complementary and alternative health.
Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do further studies in courses such as HLT40302 Certificate IV in Massage, HLT50302 Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Entry Requirements: Completion of the Year 12 with a minimum of 10 units in the HSC Record of Achievement (or an equivalent qualification, with an equivalent statement from another educational authority.
