Statement of Attainment in Access to Enrolled Nursing

This course is for people who want to gain access to enrolled nursing by completing three modules from the 91092NSW Certificate IV in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse).
Students must enter into the 91092NSW Certificate IV in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) within 2 years of completing the Statement of Attainment in Access to Enrolled Nursing.
You will learn about legal and ethical issues in health care, effective communication strategies, basic anatomy and physiology, development through the lifespan, a range of medical and health problems. All three modules must be completed.
In some circumstances students may be required to pay for a criminal records check.
Articulation: When you finish this course you can apply to do the 91092NSW Certificate IV in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) (). You will be able to receive exemptions for the three modules with the enrolled nurse course.
Entry Requirements:
· Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
· Must have sufficient physical and mental capacity to practise as a nurse in a range of health care facilities.
In addition the following academic requirements must be met:
· Must hold an AQF Certificate III qualification in health or community services.
