AUR21105 Certificate II in Automotive Sales (Specialising in Replacement Parts and Accessories)

This course is for trainees or people that have entered into a relevant training agreement. You will learn how to deal with customers and identify replacement parts and accessories. You will also learn how to operate retail equipment, sell and merchandise products and maintain stock.

Career Opportunities: Successful completion of this course, with relevant work experiences, would enable you to be employed in the automotive replacement parts and accessories industry. With further study and experience you could become a skilled parts interpreter.

Articulation: If you have completed AUR10105 Certificate I in Automotive TAFE NSW Course no 9001 you will be eligible for advanced standing into this course.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for this course. The learner must be employed or have access to a workplace in the automotive replacment parts and accessories industry to be able to gain sufficient experience to successfully complete the unit of competencies requirements.
