This course is for apprentices or people that have entered into a relevant training agreement. You will learn how to deal with customers and identify replacement parts and accessories. You will also learn how to operate retail equipment, sell and merchandise products and maintain stock, package goods, develop product knowledge and provide a range of services to customers.
Career Opportunities: Successful completion of this course, with relevant work experiences, would enable you to be employed in the automotive parts industry as a skilled parts interpreter.
Articulation: If you have completed the Certificate II in Automotive Sales (Replacement Parts and Accessories)(
AUR21105), TAFE course no: 17399 you will be eligible for advanced standing into this course.
Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for this course. The learner must be employed or have access to a workplace in the automotive parts industry to be able to gain sufficient experience to successfully complete the unit of competencies requirements.
