This course is for people who may need to communicate with family members or fellow workers who are deaf. This course teaches you the Australian Sign Language (Auslan). You will learn about the language and culture of the Australian deaf community. The skills you learn can be used in social and work environments.

Career Opportunities: Auslan can be an advantage for work such as teaching, child care, community welfare, public service and interpreting.

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate or equivalent.
