This course provides basic skills in the advanced use of software applications. A person with these skills could provide basic software support to a unit or branch within an organisation. You will learn about installing, maintaining software applications.
You will also develop skills in integrating documents from software applications.

ICA30199 Certificate III in Information Technology (Software Applications)
This course provides a natural progression into the ICA40205 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Support).
Career Opportunities: Clerical or software support role.
Articulation: This course provides a pathway to achievement of competencies required to receive the ICA30105 Certificate III in Information Technology as defined in the nationally endorsed Information and Communications Technology Training Package ICA05. When you finish this course, you may be eligible for advanced standing in several IT Certificates IV and Diploma level courses including the areas of Support and Websites. When you finish this course you will be eligible to receive ICA30105 Certificate III in Information Technology specialising in Applications.
