This course is for people who wish to pursue a career in private enterprise or government organisations as a database administrator or in a similar role. You will develop the required knowledge and skills to be able to provide database administration and support to an organisation.

You will learn how to identify physical database requirements, build, monitor and administer a database, use SQL to create database structures and manipulate data, manage resolution of system faults and complete database backup and recovery.
