This course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in the management and maintenance of systems. It includes high end development and integrative competencies and delivers the competence to effectively manage and maintain complex ICT systems.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) or a Certificate IV in Information Technology in a relevant discipline.

Course Support: This course is fully online - there is access to a team of teachers, 5 days per week. Workshops are available on request. Full telephone and email support, chat sessions, instant messaging and discussion forums support student learning.
The prerequisite units cover the knowledge and skills required to complete the System Administration core units. These units also meet the full elective requirements of the qualification and therefore no elective group is included in this qualification.
