This course is for people who want to acquire the skills and knowledge for to be competent in high order technical skills in information systems, business analysis and client interaction suitable for supporting Small to Medium enterprises (SMEs).

The course has a strong ICT base which includes a number of units covering analysis, project management, client support, e-business and management and ICT communications and documentation.

Career Opportunities: E-Business manager, IS office manager, office systems administrator, IT office manager, systems administrator, systems manager.

Articulation: There are several vendor courses that may be integrated into this qualification. When you finish this course, you may be eligible for advanced standing in ICA60105 Advanced Diploma in IT; you may also be eligible to receive some credit towards a related university degree.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent), or a Certificate IV in Information Technology in a relevant discipline.
