This course is for people who want to acquire the general all round ICT skills and knowledge to be competent in basic networking, software, client support and general ICT technologies.

You will be able to effectively support small to medium enterprises who need an 'all-round' ICT graduate at a general support level.

Articulation: This course provides a pathway to achievement of competencies required to receive the ICA40105 Certificate IV Information Technology (General) as defined in the nationally endorsed Information and Communications Technology Training Package ICA05. There are several vendor courses that may be integrated into this qualification. When you finish this course, you may be eligible for advanced standing in ICA50105 Diploma of Information Technology (General) and ICA50305 Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Administration), or a related university course.
