This course consists of a bank of units drawn from the Information and Communication Technology Training Package ICA05.

It has been designed as a general-purpose course intended for people who want specific training in a range of information technology areas related to their work or training needs at the Certificate I and Certificate II level. The units available vary from campus to campus. See the individual campus information below for the details of units offered at each campus.

Career Opportunities: Employment providing basic support to an office assistant or equivalent at a junior level.

Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible for advanced standing in several other information technology courses.

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate (or equivalent).
