This course is for people who want to gain specialist knowledge and skills in database migration, systems integration and project management of database systems.
This course is specifically designed for ICT professionals who have acquired some basic ICT skills and wish to pursue professional development in databases and system integration. This course consists of units of competency specifically selected from ICA40205 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Support) (Database Administration) and any necessary prerequisite units.
Career Opportunities: Database administrator, information centre specialist, systems support, product support engineer, technical support representative, technical support specialist.
Articulation: When you finish this course, you may be eligible for advanced standing in the Certificate IV in Information Technology (Support) (Database Administration) 19006 and other relevant ICT courses.
