This course is for qualified electrical tradespersons seeking a career at technician level. You will learn how to install and maintain electrical components, wiring, equipment and systems. This extends to more complex systems and equipment with a lower level of supervision than for UTE31199 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Systems Electrician, TAFE course no: 6077. You can specialise in control, energy supply, hazard, installation and servicing, or process areas.

Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do the proposed Diploma qualifications in the Electrotechnology Training Package (eg 91027NSW Diploma of Electrical Engineering or 91029NSW Diploma of Electrical Engineering (Electronics and Communications).
Entry Requirements: Must have UTE31199 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Systems Electrician, TAFE course no: 6077, or equivalent and be in relevant employment.
