This course is for people who want to develop proficiency in managing an aquaculture enterprise. You will acquire the practical skills required by a manager, and will learn how to apply those skills in a variety of aquaculture specific workplace situations. Graduates of the course will be able to perform the duties of a manager of an aquaculture enterprise. You will be able to work with stock in an aquaculture enterprise as well as apply design and implement food handling procedures, develop occupational health and safety requirements and communicate effectively.

Career Opportunities: Aquaculture enterprise manager or production manager.

Entry Requirements: NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent).
