This course is for people who want to develop proficiency in the skills required to work in a seafood processing enterprise.

You will learn how to work effectively in the seafood processing sector of the seafood industry in the capacity of a supervisor, shift manager or process manager.

Career Opportunities: Seafood industry supervisor, shift manager or process manager.

Articulation: When you finish this course you can apply for advanced standing in Certificate IV in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing).

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate or equivalent.
