This course is for people in rural industries with no expertise but who want to develop basic technical and husbandry skills in the dairy production industry.
It also provides the underpinning knowledge required to apply these skills in the workplace. You will learn how to work effectively in the dairy industry and will acquire the basic technical skills that will allow you to be employed as a supervised worker in the industry.
