This course is for people who want to work in the floristry industry, constructing arrangements under the supervision of a trained florist, as well as serving customers and maintaining shop displays.

You will learn how to care for floristry stock and merchandise, prepare and display floristry stock, assemble and prepare floristry products, and provide service to the wide range of customers that buy floristry products.

Career Opportunities: Floristry assistant.

Articulation: When you finish this course you can apply for advanced standing in the WRF30104 Certificate III in Floristry, TAFE course no: 7736 or WRF40104 Certificate IV in Floristry, TAFE course no: 7737.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course.
