This course is for people in the dairy industry with some expertise who want to develop advanced technical husbandry skills. It also provides the underpinning knowledge required to apply these skills in the workplace. You will learn how to organise and coordinate the procedures that employees in the dairy industry must carry out, and will acquire the technical skills that a senior employee on a dairy enterprise should have. You will also be able to apply safe working practices and quality assurance practices to industry standards. This course is also suitable for owners of dairy operations who want to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate (or equivalent statement from another educational authority) and relevant experience, or completion of the RTE20103 Certificate II in Agriculture (Dairy Production) or equivalent, or relevant workplace or other appropriate experience.
