This course is for practising farmers and people with a commercial interest in farming. You can complete a program of one or more modules to suit your learning needs.

Current programs include sustainable agriculture, fruit production, plan production, vegetable production, cattle husbandry, hydroponics, integrated pest management, pastoral operations, farm equipment, livestock husbandry, beef cattle, farm structures and maintenance, production horticulture, and farm tree management.

Career Opportunities: Farm hand, farm tradesperson, farm supervisor, farm manager, farmer.

Articulation: When you finish this course you can apply for advanced standing in courses containing the modules you have completed.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for this course. Must be a practising farmer or have a commercial interest in farming and satisfy requirements for the modules to be completed.
