This course covers the preparation and presentation of cocktails. You learn how to invent, make and serve your product with flair.
This course includes liqueur familiarisation, bar operations, mixing methods, glassware and presentation of beverages, garnishes and customer service.
Entry requirements: There are no formal educational requirements for this course, however participants must be 18 years of age or older to comply with the NSW Liquor Act.
