Begin a lifelong love of Wine! Discover the delights of wine, wine techniques, handling and storage, principles of wine, food compatibility, and the sensory appraisal of wine characteristics and quality. This course is for people who want to increase their wine knowledge. It also includes tasting and evaluating wine, learning about Australian and overseas wines and wine regions, and wine production and cellaring.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational entry requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age as required by NSW liquor legislation.
