From Cappuccino to Latte, Ristretto to Affogato, you too can become a Barista. The Barista Coffee preparation course is an introductory course for people who are entering the hospitality industry or current personnel looking to refine their skills to produce a better Espresso Coffee.
This course is a prerequisite for the Advanced Barista Course and Barista Accreditation.
Course Outcomes:
Introduction to Coffee
Principle behind Coffee Grinding
Coffee Extraction and factors effecting extraction
Milk handling and portion control
Understanding the Espresso Coffee menu
Introduction to Coffee Art.
Basic Espresso machine maintenance
