The RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) is for people who want to work in licensed gaming venues such as registered clubs and hotels. You will learn how to minimise harm from gambling, using discretion, judgement and teamwork. Focus is placed on developing a positive attitude to the responsible conduct of gambling in the hospitality industry. Employees associated with gambling activities in registered clubs and hotels are required to undertake this course under the Gaming Machines Regulations 2002 NSW.
Entry Requirements: Participants must be 18 years of age to comply with the requirements of the New South Wales Liquor Act (1982)/Registered Clubs Act (1976)/ Gaming Machine Act 2001.
You should also have a level of English language that enables you to read and understand written legislative requirements.

Applying and Enrolling
This course will be offered commercially on a fee-for-service basis. Course commencement is subject to sufficient demand and usually runs at most locations continuously throughout the year.
