This course is for people who work or want to work in the sales sector of the food processing industry.
You will learn how to communicate in the workplace with colleagues and customers, follow workplace procedures to maintain health, safety and good manufacturing practice. In addition you will have the opportunity to develop a range of food processing industry specialist skills and retail sales knowledge and skills appropriate to a person working in a sales role in this industry.
Career Opportunities: Sales person in a food processing outlet.
Articulation: When you finish this course you may gain advanced standing in Certificate III qualifications in Food Processing.
