Wine Appreciation - Introduction

This course is for people who share a love of wine and want to increase their knowledge in this area.

You will taste and evaluate wine, learn about Australian wines and wine regions, and wine production and cellaring.

You will also learn interesting wine and food combinations.

Entry Requirements: There are no formal educational entry requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age as required by NSW liquor legislation.
