This course is for individuals who want to be employed in the tour operations and attractions sector within the tourism industry as an operations consultant, reservation sales agent, tour coordinator, administration officer or tour consultant. You will develop a range of practical operations skills and associated knowledge to enable you to carry out the duties of operations consultants, reservation sales agents, tour coordinators and tour consultants working primarily in a domestic context.

Career Opportunities: Operations consultant, reservation sales agent, tour coordinator, administration officer or tour consultant.

Articulation: When you finish this course you may be eligible to do other tourism or hospitality courses, some of which would allow credit transfer.

Entry Requirements: NSW School Certificate (or equivalent from another educational authority).

Campuses:

Grafton - Full-time, 3 days per week for 18 weeks, Tuesdays to Thursdays, 9.00 am - 3.30 pm.
