North Coast TAFE provides a service for businesses to enable existing employees to be assessed for recognition of previous formal or informal learning or work experiences for up to 100% of a TAFE NSW course, qualification or group of modules.
Your business can use this service to formally acknowledge employee competence in their jobs as well as identify skill gaps.
Where gaps are identified, North Coast TAFE can then develop a customised training program to ensure your staff have the required skills and knowledge for your business to succeed and grow.
