Course Dive Sites |
||
| While
you are studying your internationally accredited dive program, you will
have the rewarding experience of diving in one of the most exotic locations
on the east coast of Australia – Cook Island (off Kingscliff, northern
NSW) This marine sanctuary is a unique part of the coast as the colder southern
currents mix with the warm tropical currents especially during the onset
of summer. The presence of the warm and cold currents is the reason for
the diversity of marine life. While diving in this area, it is not uncommon
to see 3 different species of turtle, the graceful Manta Ray and the gentle
Blue Groper – one of the many protected species on the east coast
of Australia. Discover an exhilarating experience, diving through basalt caves, viewing the soft coral gardens and swimming close to 3 metre Wobbegongs. Cook Island offers an environment of natural beauty and exotic marine life. |
