what the school offers
The International School of Hotel, Catering and Tourism Management, North Coast Institute, offers training programs at Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels. Our programs are highly flexible and allow students to complete many programs full-time, part-time and online.

educational partnership
The North Coast Institute is also accredited as a delivery and assessment centre for City and Guilds (UK).
This arrangement provides a unique opportunity for students at the School to achieve two internationally recognised qualifications, TAFE NSW and City and Guilds, at the completion of their course.

English language training
English language training is available at the North Coast Institute's English Language Centre. Students can study English from Elementary to Advanced English in a direct entry program.

educational pathways
The North Coast Institute has advanced standing arrangements with universities of up to 50% for prior learning, which allows students to pursue an industry related university degree.

To ensure training programs remain relevant the school maintains strong relationships with international hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel agents. Industry placements are an integral part of all our courses.

Australian students
Prospective students who are Australian residents should complete a North Coast Institute Student Registration form (PDF, 177KB) for the Tourism and Hospitality Faculty and forward to campus of first preference.

international students
Overseas residents should complete the International Student Application form and send to the North Coast Institute at the address provided below. Certified copies of all supporting documentation must accompany the application. Official translations of documents must also be included.
