As well as Hospitality courses and Catering courses it includes courses in Event Management, International Retail Travel, Accommodation Services, Tour Guiding and Tour Wholesaling and, since last year, Retailing courses and Hairdressing and Beautician training.

Winner - 2005 Student Achievement Award in the Tourism and Hospitality, Retail and Personal Services Faculty
Beth successfully completed the Certificate III in Retail Operations to an exceptionally high standard, as part of her Higher School Certificate.
Class participation, theoretical and practical knowledge, preparation and completion of assessment tasks, events and exams, were all outstanding. The student achieved an 85.15 UAI and a Scope of 95 in HSC Retail Operation Exam, coming third in the State in the subject, while assisting and mentoring classmates. Her teachers say that her mature and extremely personable attitude had a significant impact on other students, both individually and in terms of group dynamics,
