Opportunity to Introduce School Students to
North Coast
Institute
WHAT: Almost 1,000 local high school students will have an opportunity to learn more about combining TAFE study with their HSC as part of an Open Day to be held at Taree and Great Lakes Campuses of the North Coast Institute. The Open Days, part of this years celebrations for TAFE Week will involve students in years 11 and 12 and include displays from many faculties.
The Board of Studies gives students the opportunity to study vocational courses as part of the Higher School Certificate which allows students to broaden career & employment options and further study. Students attending the Open Day will find out all about the courses offered through their school and the North Coast Institute in 2004.
WHEN: 9:30am-2:30pm (Open Day hours at both campuses)
