Local students ready to entertain

Monday 12th September

Students from the Music Workskills Course are holding a concert at the North Coast Insitute - Wauchope Campus at 12pm on Wednesday 21 September 2005.

The course has focussed on practical skills for all aspects of musical performance, setting up, PA, group dynamics, composition, vocal and instrumental technique. This is their first public appearance and is in preparation for a gig to be held later in the year where the students will gain valuable performance experience.

Students are learning how to become involved and communicate with other industry participants, how to promote themselves, how to thrill an audience with a classy performance and grab some hands-on experience with work placement.
