Unemployed to graduate with new skills, new prospects

Ten clients from a local job network provider have successfully completed a two week introductory training program in Call Centre Training.

The training course participants will graduate from the program at 12:30pm this Thursday 14 July at D Block, Port Macquarie Campus

The course participants will receive Statement of Attainment - Certificate II in Customer Contact. The qualification will enable candidates to seek employment in Call Centres, which is one of the areas facing skills shortages on the Mid North coast.
