Refugee Week commemorated at TAFE’s Coffs Harbour Campus

Staff and students from the Ceramic and Drawing Outreach course being run at TAFE NSW-North Coast Institute’s Coffs Harbour Campus commemorated Refugee Week by painting a pole with peace motifs on Friday 27 October 2006.

Members of the Multicultural Reference group formed by Coffs Harbour City Council attended a lunch and ceremony at the Campus at Glenreagh Street.

It is planned that the pole will be donated to Coffs Harbour City Council to be displayed in a prominent public place.
